Fun fact: Robert Randolph and the Family Band was the first concert I ever went to. Could you imagine being 15 years old and having Robert Randolph introduce you to the pedal steel guitar? Dude is crazy good with that thing.
The video of his live show isn’t as fun as actually going to his live show, especially with your older cousins who probably wanted to be there with literally anybody else in the world besides their awkward 15 year-old cousin who didn’t smoke weed (at the time) and also looks like he’s 12.
But if Robert Randolph and his Family Band come to a venue near you, I advise rolling a couple doobies and enjoying the show.
