Wendell Pierce is Officer Bunk from The Wire. He helped create an HBO show that focused on rebuilding New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina called Treme. Wendell Pierce is a 56 year old black man from New Orleans, Louisiana. To quote Farmers Insurance, he knows a thing or two because he’s seen a thing or two.
